Free Graphics Tools for your Blogs and Social Media

The importance of having an entirely good work on your blog is probably a 50% job done, even before you have readers to view your posts. Eventually, unique content without a good layout will not do the job of getting people to read your blog posts. Your blog posts should impress and educate your readers via its content (correctness of article, creativity, tone of an article, etc.) and general layout (mostly graphics and pictures, etc.).

We will consider a couple of free graphic tools that require little or no experience and are free. This will ultimately eliminate your worries of hiring a graphics designer, especially if you’re a small enterprise, and curb the fear of not being skilled in graphic designs.

Canva

Canva was founded in 2012 in Sydney, Australia. It is a graphic design platform that allows users to perform a wide range of functions—social media graphics, presentation, blog headers, social media quotes, posters, documents, amongst other things. Its simple to use. It works by selecting a design, editing the chosen design, and uploading a picture to complete. A significant advantage besides all its uses is that it templates graphics that can be reused over and over, eliminating the hassle of designing from scratch. Finally, Canva has both free and paid-for versions. The free versions are limited in the number of designs available but will do the job anyway.

Picsart

Picsart founded in 2012 also is an application available on iOS, Android, and Windows mobile devices. Its uses include image editing, collage and drawing application, and a social network. An advantage is that the app allows for collaborative editing and sharing images using a messaging system, a recent feature called Remix chat.

Stock Photo Sites

To use stock photo sites are relying on the archives of pictures saved up on the internet and have been previously taken by professional photographers. Stock Photo Sites provide you with a variety of professional photographs and high-resolution imagery. Again, some of these sites request fee, and others that are entirely free may create scenarios of other people, especially your competitors using the same pictures you have used. This will defeat the purpose of branding. Some best Stock Photo sites where pictures can be lifted freely are pexels, Unsplash, and pixabay

Undraw.co

Undraw was launched in 2017 and provided graphics illustrations for both personal and commercial uses at no cost at all. It gives illustrations that can be customized with brand colors, and it is unique because of its images that are illustrations. Undraw.com is being used by Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Harvard Business School, amongst other users.

KissPNG

KissPNG is another great tool with similarities to all I have mentioned above. Its uniqueness is that it has pre-made illustrations with transparent backgrounds. The images are completely free even though the final design may be better when you use a combination of this and the other ones we talked about. These graphics range from high-quality watercolors to cheesy clip art.

Don’t forget to try your hands on any of these; they will save you time and help you save.
